The war which unfolded upon Tallarn in the middle years of the Horus Heresy was on a scale almost impossible to assess, a year-long conflict of ceaseless battle across a thousand fronts, where entire Titan Legios were broken and Imperialis Auxilia regiments rendered extinct. Contained within this 128-page hardback book you will find a comprehensive history of the Devastation of Tallarn and the Fall of Sapphire City, key events in the vast and nightmarish Tallarn campaign. As well as detailing the Loyalist and Traitor forces which took part in these engagements, this book features new Formations and Detachment Data Sheets for both the Legiones Astartes and Solar Auxilia Army Lists. This supplement book presents a full campaign system for linking Legions Imperialis battles together, including Breakthrough Campaign rules where you can take the fight right to your opponents' strongholds, and an expansion to this system allowing players to fight the battles for the Northern Desolation. The book contains rules for fighting Legions Imperialis battles in the dense toxic fogs which shrouded the battlefields of Tallarn, allowing you to bring this wartorn planet's intense and choking environments to life on the tabletop. You'll also find rules for Spearhead games featuring unique missions for massive armoured columns – ideal for representing the unusual conditions on Tallarn. In order to use the content of this book, you will require a copy of the Warhammer: The Horus Heresy – Legions Imperialis Rulebook, available separately.

The Ironblaster is perhaps the largest blackpowder weapon of the Gutbuster tribes. Armed with a Cannon of the Sky-Titans, the Ironblaster excels at inflicting damage on densely packed units. This multipart plastic kit contains 109 components and a Citadel 120mm Oval base with which to build an Ironblaster or a Scraplauncher. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.

Piloted by sinners and heretics still able to seek redemption, Penitent Engines charge towards the foe heedless of danger, knowing that only through death can absolution be earned. The arms of the engine, mounted with enormous flamers, blaze a trail of fiery destruction as it thunders forwards. Upon reaching the enemy's battle lines, the pilot is pumped with chemical and synaptic signals that induce unfathomable guilt, forcing them into a rampage that leaves nothing but death and carnage in their wake. Some engines bear adamantine-toothed buzz-blades that are capable of cleaving through plated tank armour, while others mangle flesh and pulverise bone with lashing swings of their multi-headed flails. This multipart plastic kit builds two Penitent Engines. These frenzied mechanical walkers combine berserk toughness and speed with brutal close range weaponry, rampaging forwards to mangle the enemies of the Ecclesiarchy. Each Penitent Engine is equipped with two heavy flamers, and any combination of two melee weapons chosen from penitent buzz-saws or penitent flails. Alternatively, each miniature can be built as a Mortifier. The kit comprises 126 plastic components, and is supplied with 2x Citadel 50mm Round Bases. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.

Arco-flagellants lope alongside faithful armies in packs, their lash-like limbs whipping back and forth as they follow their priestly masters to battle. When the enemy is sighted, they are driven into a frenzied killing rage by a potent cocktail of adrenal stimulants and neural kill-signals, whereupon they hurl themselves into battle with no thought for self-preservation or restraint. Hacking and slashing with cyber-implanted flails, pneu-mattocks and cleavers, they fight on dementedly until there is nothing left of their foes but a pile of mutilated corpses. Each Arco-flagellant is ‘armed’ with a pair arco-flails (well, they've been grafted on, so they have no choice really!). There are two different head, left arm and right arm options for each body, including a specific combination enabling you to make the classic Arco-flagellant, Damien 1427. The kit comprises 94 components and comes supplied with 10x Citadel 25mm Round Bases.

Putrid Blightkings that succeed in infecting 77 foes with a vile curse according to the Feast of Maggots are rewarded by becoming Pusgoyle Blightlords. Symbiotically connected to the Rot Fly that he receives, the Blightlord rarely if ever leaves its saddle. Between the powerful blows of the Blightlords themselves and the lashing limbs and biting maws of their mounts, a band of Pusgoyle Blightlords can shatter an enemy battle line in a single charge. Like a wound that admits a lethal infection, they tear open a gap for the rest of the Rotbringers to flow into and destroy the foe from the inside out. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble 2 Pusgoyle Blightlords. Each is mounted on an enormous Rot Fly, a revolting insect with 4 brittle wings that drips and drizzles foul fluids onto the battlefield as they drone through the skies. These flies are bloated and spindly at the same time, with numerous beady eyes and horrible fangs. The Blightlords themselves are particularly grim – 1 features a toothed maw in his distended belly, the other a series of veins, tentacles and Nurgle icons. Both models have large poles attached to their backs – you have the option of modelling them with either a cloth banner, a metal icon of Nurgle or (and this is really something) an impaled, rotting cadaver with an expression of sheer agony. They wield massive blighted weapons, with choices of scythes or a trident, and come with choices of covered or bare heads, equally grisly in detail. 3 Nurglings accompany them – 1 with a censer, 1 riding a tiny drone and 1 chewing gleefully on his own intestines… The Pusgoyle Blightlords come as 76 components, and are supplied with 2 Citadel 60mm Round bases. This kit can be optionally used to assemble a Lord of Afflictions.
-
A Lord of Blights is a brutish figure who creates and destroys in equal measure. Swollen with muscle, he lumbers into the midst of the foe swinging his bubotic hammer in thunderous arcs. Every impact shatters bone and ruptures organs, leaving his victims lying like bruised and rotten fruit on the ground. Yet this brutality has a purpose beyond simple murder – the Lord of Blights cultivates fine crops of death’s heads that he hands out to his warriors, enabling them to fling volleys of diseased projectiles. The Lord of Blights keeps the finest specimens for himself, hanging them from his gallowrack to hurl during battle. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a Lord of Blights. Bloated and bursting, like most of the Rotbringers, his silhouette is noticeably dominated by the makeshift gallowrack nailed to his back, from which 3 ripening heads dangle. He wields an enormous, dented bubotic hammer along with a vermid shield – these are both covered in the appropriate Nurgle icons, with the shield being especially spiked and disease-ridden. His belt, overwhich his unpleasantly distended and torn belly flops, features a plague knife. The aforementioned belly is disgorging maggots at an alarming rate – it’s difficult to tell how the Lord of Blights feels about this, as his face is covered almost entirely by his helmet, through which one eye socket peers curiously. The Lord of Blights comes as 7 components, and is supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round base.
-
A morbid set of disease-ridden triplets, held in check and balance by their opposing attitudes and desires, the brains of the Glottkin - the pragmatic Otto and devious sorcerer Ethrac - ride to battle on the shoulders of their brother Ghurk, a creature so grotesquely swollen by the blessings of Nurgle that he could flatten most enemies unfortunate enough to get in the way of his putrid advance without even noticing. This multi-part plastic kit contains everything you need to assemble the Glottkin, wielding Flailing Tentacles, Poison-Slick Scythe and able to launch horrifying, corrosive Pestilent Torrents. It includes a Citadel 130mm Round base.

Lictors are a sinister adaptation of the Tyranid Warrior bioform, specialising in infiltration, scouting, and assassination. Hidden by their chameleonic skin, these vanguard beasts stalk their prey beyond the reach of the Hive Mind's synaptic web, leading the greater swarm to fresh targets with a potent pheromone trail. Lictors pick off their prey opportunistically, always looking for a chance to crack open an unwary skull and use their feeder tendrils to suck out the secrets within. This multipart plastic kit builds a Lictor, a fearsome Tyranid ambush predator. This cunning creature lunges from shadows and darts up sheer vertical surfaces to tear foes apart, striking with its distinctive mantis-like talons. The Lictor's feeder tendrils allow it to even digest a victim's memories, and the kit includes two different heads – one with trailing feeder tendrils, the other with its tendril membrane aggressively flared. This massively customisable monstrosity uses a variety of interchangeable legs, clawed arms, and scenic basing elements to create different poses for creeping across the battlefield – build your Lictor in a hunched stalk, braced to pounce, or looming ominously upright. Joints in its neck and scything talons allow you to adjust the pose even further, and extend or retract every element of its wickedly bladed arms. This kit comprises 56 plastic components, and comes with a Citadel 50mm Round Base. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Dwarf Lords are warriors with vast experience of battle who have been tutored in the art of war by the elders of their clans. When the time comes for them to lead, they will have learnt more than most commanders ever know and will have been tried and tested on the battlefield many times. Some lords are carried into battle by Shieldbearers – stout warriors who heft a shield to serve their liege as a fighting platform. This multipart plastic kit builds two Dwarf Lords – one carried aloft by Shieldbearers, the other marching into battle on foot – to lead the armies of the Dwarfen Mountain Holds. The kit includes two bearded heads, two ornate helmet crests, and two armoured bodies, which can be swapped together in any combination to customise your mighty leaders – either of which can be posed atop the accompanying Shieldbearers. You'll also find weapon options to build one Dwarf Lord with an axe and shield, and the other with a great weapon, plus an optional holstered pistol and a grim ancestral badge. This kit comprises 50 plastic components, and comes with a Citadel 50mm Square Base and a Citadel 25mm Square Base. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

The most skilled warriors in a Dwarf hold are its Hammerers – individuals who have proven themselves in many battles, showing great strength, martial prowess, and also steadfast loyalty. Meanwhile, Dwarf Longbeards are the oldest, most experienced Dwarf warriors, a fact evidenced by the length of their beards. They receive due respect from younger Dwarfs, who have been taught to respect their elders. This multipart plastic kit builds 20 Dwarf Hammerers or 20 Dwarf Longbeards. Alternatively, you can build 10 of each for use in your Dwarfen Mountain Holds army in games of Warhammer: The Old World. As their name suggests, the Dwarf Hammerers are ready to crush foes with blows from their great hammers. Meanwhile, you can build the Longbeards wielding great weapons, or brutal hand weapons and tough shields. Both units come with an option to build a full command group, including a champion, standard bearer, and musician. This kit contains 364 plastic components, and 20x Citadel 25mm Square Bases. It also includes 1x Dwarf Mountain Holds Transfer Sheet featuring 342 high-quality waterslide transfers to decorate your models further. Since the Dwarfs first came to the Worlds Edge Mountains, the crossbow has been their ranged weapon of choice, although, in recent times, devotees of the handgun have grown in number. Dwarf Quarrellers wield long-range crossbows, whereas Dwarf Thunderers fire shorter-range handguns, each obsessively tinkering with their weapon of choice to prove their designs to be the best. This multipart plastic kit builds 36 Dwarf Quarrellers or 36 Dwarf Thunderers. Alternatively, you can build 18 of each for use in your Dwarfen Mountain Holds army in games of Warhammer: The Old World. Quarrellers are armed with armour-piercing crossbows, while Thunderers carry booming handguns into battle – both ideal for taking out your enemies at range. Both units come with an option to build a full command group, including a champion, standard bearer, and musician. This kit contains 621 plastic components, and 36x Citadel 25mm Square Bases. It also includes: 1x Dwarf Mountain Holds Transfer Sheet featuring 342 high-quality waterslide transfers to decorate your models further. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Dwarf Warriors are formidable fighters – strong and extremely resilient, broad of shoulder, with powerful arms and a low centre of gravity. When they charge into battle, the momentum generated by their broad, armour-clad bodies is remarkable, hitting the foe with a resounding impact, splintering the enemy’s shields and carving through their formations. This multipart plastic kit builds 36 Dwarf Warriors – tenacious and well-armoured infantry for the Dwarfen Mountain Holds. Each of these tough fighters can be armed with a two-handed great axe, or a finely crafted one-handed weapon and a shield. This kit also provides all the command upgrades you'll need, whether you choose to field your Dwarf Warriors in small groups or in a single mighty throng – you can build grizzled champions, musicians with two different horn options, and standard bearers with a choice of cloth banners or ancestral icons. The kit includes a variety of different weapon designs, shield decorations, and bearded heads – meaning you can give your Dwarfen muster a varied look, no matter how large it grows. This kit contains 477 plastic components and 36x Citadel 25mm Square Bases. It also includes 1x Dwarf Mountain Holds Sheet featuring 342 high-quality waterslide transfers to decorate your models further. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

This supplement takes an in-depth look at the Karaz Ankor, exploring the traditions and beliefs of this powerful realm of stubborn and prideful warriors and artisans. Used in conjunction with Warhammer: The Old World – Forces of Fantasy, this book arms you with even more in-depth rules, allowing you to use your collection of grudgeful Dwarfs in new and exciting ways. Within this supplement, you will find: The Mountain Realm: A comprehensive look at the Karaz Ankor, the mountain realm of the Dwarfs – from the might of its impregnable holds, to the roles of its ruling guilds and clans. The Reclamation of Khazid Vosk: The saga of Burlok Damminson’s bold quest to reconquer the lost hold of Khazid Vosk and to reclaim its forgotten treasures. Heroes of Legend: Background and rules for three famous characters Thorgrim Ulleksson, Kharl of the Dammaz Kron, Ungrim Ironfist, the Slayer King of Karak Kadrin, and the infamous Engineer Burlok Damminson. They're designed as fully three dimensional replacements for the artwork on the Hive Secundus game board, and matching the aesthetic of the Zone Mortalis terrain kits, which are available separately. The kit includes: – 2x Hive Data Stack Clusters – 2x free-standing Alcoves – 12x removable data crystal stacks This set comprises 66 plastic components. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints. The arcane catapult known as the Mortek Crawler delivers death from afar with terrifying accuracy. It can fire hails of necrotic skulls that bite and gnaw, send soul-tearing spirits into the foe, or hurl weighty blocks graven with curses that can kill the mighty in an instant. Choose from necrotic skulls, cauldron of torment or cursed stele each time the dread catapult is fired. The latter ammunition becomes even more deadly as the Mortek Crawler is damaged – the power of vengeance growing stronger. The catapult arm of the kit can be built raised, as if firing, or in a lowered position for reloading – either way, it can be left unglued, allowing the arm to pivot. This 63-part plastic kit makes one Mortek Crawler and comes supplied with a 170mm Citadel oval base.
