    BLOOD BOWL: WOOD ELF TEAM

Original price was: €42.00.Current price is: €29.40.
The Athelorn Avengers exemplify everything that makes Wood Elves some of the best teams in Blood Bowl: stunning speed and agility, unexpected savagery and natural talent. Star Players like Jordell Freshbreeze and Gloriel Summerbloom have become household names for Blood Bowl fans everywhere. Wood Elf teams are incredibly popular, as they're known to put on an impressive show – they're just as likely to (literally) dance circles around their rivals as they are to get smashed in (literally) spectacular fashion. They play the game better than just about anyone else, and they look stunning while they're at it. Wood Elves hit hard and fast, but they're not known for their endurance and resilience, alas. They’re the proverbial glass dagger, but in the hands of a skilled coach they can produce impressive results. If you're content to scrape by with minimal effort, this isn't the team for you – it takes finesse and skill to win games, but when you succeed, you know you've earned it. For their part, Wardancers are amongst the most impressive starting players in the game, all your Wood Elf players start with at least 7 Movement, and they have access to one of the wildest collections of Star Players to be found anywhere. This multipart plastic kit contains all the components you need to assemble the Athelorn Avengers, a Wood Elf team for use in games of Blood Bowl, containing 2 Catchers, 2 Throwers, 2 Wardancers and 6 Line Elves, plus a roster sheet. Also included are a transfer sheet, 2 turn markers featuring a Wood Elf motif, 3 thematic balls, and 14 Citadel 32mm Round bases featuring holes in which to place the ball. Rules for using Woold Elf teams in your games of Blood Bowl can be found in Blood Bowl – The Official Rules. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.

    BLOOD BOWL: GOBLIN TEAM

Original price was: €42.00.Current price is: €29.40.
The Scarcrag Snivellers made a decision a long time ago to make an attempt at playing Blood Bowl without all the sneaky tricks employed by most Goblin teams. Eleven Goblins line up at the start of the match – no Trolls, no Secret Weapons – and do their very best to last at least a couple of drives before they’re stomped into the ground. Bizarrely, this doesn’t always end as badly for them as it probably should, and somehow the Scarcrag Snivellers seem to make it from season to season without being utterly wiped out… Pick up a Goblin team for your games of Blood Bowl with this set of plastic miniatures. In it, you’ll find 12 multi-part Goblins, featuring 6 pairs of unique bodies and 7 pairs of unique heads, meaning no two Goblin teams need look alike! There are also 6 Goblin team balls, featuring the kind of dirty tricks the Scarcrag Snivellers frown upon – 2 deflated, 2 with Goblins stuck in them and 2 stuffed with dynamite – 2 turn counters and 2 double-sided team tokens. The 54-component kit is supplied with 12 32mm Blood Bowl bases and a 1,000,000 gold piece roster, including 8 (eight!) team re-rolls and Fan Factor 4! Rules for Goblin teams can be found in Blood Bowl Death Zone Season Two.
  • Gnomes frankly have a tough time winning a game of Blood Bowl – but bringing along a Treeman is a great way to close the height gap. And the strength gap. And the skill gap. These mighty arboreal players give the Gnomes half a shot against most serious teams. This kit builds a plastic Altern Forest Treeman, ideal for giving your Gnome team vital strength and resilience. You'll find cosmetic options to mix them up, so you can feel free to hire two with no worries about them looking the same. The Treeman's features are full of character, making a fitting addition to your whimsical team of tricksters. This plastic model is supplied in 17 components, including a 40mm Blood Bowl Base. The rules you need to use them in your games of Blood Bowl are supplied with the miniature, and can also be found in Spike! Journal Issue 17, which is available separately. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
  • Gnomes are something of an enigma in the world of Blood Bowl, with many fans having dismissed their existence almost entirely. While their tactics, and woodland creatures, are somewhat unorthodox, Gnomes are quite fond of the game. While individual players are hardly paragons of athleticism, their mastery of magical illusions and the befriending of forest beasts gives them certain advantages not enjoyed by less gloriously bearded teams. This multipart plastic kit builds the Glimdwarrow Groundhogs, a Gnome team for use in games of Blood Bowl. The team comprises eight Gnome Linemen, two Woodland Foxes, two Gnome Illusionists, and two Gnome Beastmasters. You'll find four head options that can be used with any of the four different Lineman bodies, as well as two alternative heads for each of the other positions. The Beastmasters have a choice of staff toppers, as well as either goose or badger friends. In addition, there are two double-sided Blood Bowl coins, two turn and re-roll markers, four balls, and a transfer sheet. Rules for using Gnome teams in your games of Blood Bowl can be found in Spike! Journal: Issue 17, which is sold separately. This kit comprises 102 plastic components, and is supplied with 14x Citadel 32mm Round Bases and 1x Gnome Team Transfer Sheet. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints
  • Noble Vampires often partake in games of Blood Bowl alongside their human Thralls to showcase their immortal superiority and indulge in a little bloodlust. Due to their wealthy status, these Nobles are adorned in the highest quality gear. Meanwhile, their Thralls are dishevelled and diminutive, wearing little more than basic equipment and blouses – and their gaunt and malnourished appearances may or may not have something to do with Thralls becoming a mid-match snack for the Vampires when they get thirsty. Vampires who choose to play Blood Bowl among the underclasses are undeniably powerful, however, their teams can become undone when they occasionally give in to their Bloodlust and feed off their Thralls mid-game! But, if they can keep their hunger in check, their speed and strength make them a match for any other team out on the astrogranite. This multipart kit allows you to assemble The Drakfang Thirsters, a Vampire team for use in games of Blood Bowl. The team comprises eight Thrall Linemen, two Vampire Runners, two Vampire Blitzers, and two Vampire Throwers. You'll find alternate heads for each of your Vampire players, and an alternate arm for your Thrower, to help customise your team. In addition, there are two double-sided Blood Bowl coins, two turn and re-roll markers, four balls, and a transfer sheet. Rules for using Vampire teams in your games of Blood Bowl can be found in Spike! Journal 16, which is sold separately. This kit comprises 96 plastic components, and is supplied with 14x Citadel 32mm Round Bases and 1x Vampire Team Transfer Sheet. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

    BLOOD BOWL: AMAZON TEAM

Original price was: €42.00.Current price is: €29.40.
Highly skilled and agile, Amazons are among the very best players of Nuffle’s sacred game. These warrior-athletes possess an exceptional blend of agility, tactical prowess, and violence that makes them thrilling to watch on the pitch, with an acrobatic style of play honed by years spent darting through dense rainforest and evading apex predators. With tactics moulded around the deadliest animals of their jungle home, these players unleash vicious hit-and-run moves that dazzle Blood Bowl fans and opponents alike. On the pitch, Amazon teams are a force to behold – though relatively lightly armoured, their agility allows them to dance around sluggish teams, while raining down blows on the Old World's complacent weaklings. With a fearsome reputation as both warriors and players, it’s no surprise that these explosively agile teams regularly crush competition at the very top of the sport. The multipart plastic kit allows you to assemble the Kara Temple Harpies, an Amazon team for use in games of Blood Bowl. BLOOD BOWL: LIZARDMEN TEAM

Original price was: €42.00.Current price is: €29.40.
If rumours are to be believed, the origins of Blood Bowl lay in Lustria, home of the ancient and powerful Slann, and their Lizardmen servants, at the very dawn of time. Though the game has moved on and evolved in the Old World, the Lustrian League is working with the NAF to bring the old and new closer together. The Gwaka'moli Crater Gators have made the leap across the world-pond to match their skills against some of the biggest names in the sport, and their natural talent and unconventional playing style have proven to be a massive hit with fans. If you're looking for a funky and fresh new twist to the game, Lizardmen teams are where it's at. They have access to the best of both worlds, with players that are strong and tough, plus fast and agile ones. Once you get the hang of using your Saurus Blockers (not to mention Kroxigors if you really want to make an impact) to protect the nimble Skinks long enough to perform some slick plays, you'll find yourself scoring again and again. Add their unconventional aesthetic to the mix, and you've got a team that looks great, plays well and scores big. This multipart plastic kit contains all the components you need to assemble the Gwaka'moli Crater Gators, a Lizardmen team for use in games of Blood Bowl, containing 6 Saurus Blockers, 4 Skink Runners, and 2 Chameleon Skinks, plus a roster sheet. Also includes a transfer sheet, 2 Slann-statue turn markers, egg-themed balls, and 12x 32mm Citadel Round Blood Bowl bases which feature holes to place the ball. Rules for using Lizardmen teams in your games of Blood Bowl can be found in Blood Bowl – The Official Rules. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.
  • A new team founded after the collapse of the NAF, many Nightmares players previously played for the disbanded Naggaroth Nightwings who fell into receivership when the head coach took flight with the team treasury. Despite their status as a new team then, they have an influx of incredible talent, and are already proving themselves to be nightmares (do you see?) for their opponents… This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble the Naggaroth Nightmares, a Dark Elf Blood Bowl team. The team consists of 6 Linemen, 2 Blitzers, 2 Runners and 2 Witch Elves – each is clad in some pretty spikesome armour, with the hides of Cold Ones draped over their shoulders. The Witch Elves are ...slightly less armoured, and can be modelled either with hands pointing imperiously toward their opponents – or clutching a still-beating heart. The Linemen have 3 different designs of head. There are a host of extras in the kit – 2 turn markers, 2 double-sided score coins featuring a Dark Elves icon and 4 balls – 2 kraken eggs (with protruding tentacles) and 2 balls made from the hide of a Cold One, lacking pegs. Supplied with 12 32mm Blood Bowl bases, a 1,000,000 GP roster and a Dark Elf transfer sheet.

  • Chaos Dwarfs are well-known for their love of arid heat, being underground, and Blood Bowl. All of that makes volcanoes excellent locations for the Chaos Dwarfs to build their stadiums within – carving the stands from the stone walls, redirecting bubbling lava flows towards the outskirts of the field, and constructing large iron monuments to honour both Hashut and Nuffle. The downside of choosing a volcano as a stadium is ensuring that there is a strict evacuation procedure in place to protect the fans, should the molten pinnacle decide to erupt mid-match! One side of this pitch depicts a stone gridiron built inside of an active volcano. The reverse shows lava beginning to flow across the pitch ahead of the volcano's imminent eruption. Opposing players will be quaking in their boots. You'll also find a pair of matching double-sided dugouts to complete the theme. Each dugout features score, turn, and re-roll trackers, plus Reserves, Knocked-out, and Casualty boxes. Rules for using each side of the pitch in your games of Blood Bowl are included.
  • The Chaos Dwarfs approach Blood Bowl in the same way they tackle a new project in the workshop – plan meticulously for far too long, practise until they have achieved one successful test, before throwing a good chunk of that out of the window in favour of hammering away with as much ferocity as they can muster. This approach has served them incredibly well when it comes to action on the gridiron, where their physical dominance is hard to overlook. This multipart plastic kit builds the Zharr-Naggrund Ziggurats, a Chaos Dwarf team for use in games of Blood Bowl. The team is comprised of six Hobgoblin Linemen, four Chaos Dwarf Blockers, two Hobgoblin Sneaky Stabbas, and two Chaos Dwarf Flamesmiths. You'll find two head options for every body, plus more options to customise your team. In addition, there are two double-sided Blood Bowl coins, two turn and re-roll markers, four themed balls, and a transfer sheet. Rules for using Chaos Dwarf teams in your games of Blood Bowl can be found in Spike! Journal: Issue 18, which is available separately. This kit comprises 122 plastic components, and is supplied with 14x Citadel 32mm Round Bases and 1x Blood Bowl Chaos Dwarf Team Transfer Sheet. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
  • Deep in the dank heart of the old forests, mischievous woodland creatures frolic, prance, and beat each other to a pulp playing the age-old game of Blood Bowl. This issue's guest editor, Davide Mirrorfoot, reveals just a few of the secrets of Gnome teams. While the average Blood Bowl fan isn't even aware of their existence, Gnomes have been playing the beautiful game as long as anyone can remember. Rarely venturing outside of their hidden forest lairs, they can be coaxed to play ball with the big folks – though they prefer to play against Halflings, their greatest (well, smallest) rivals. This issue of Spike! Journal braves the stupefying mists to reveal a strange world of magical gridiron action. If you feel compelled to learn more, it's surely no accident. This issue includes: Trifling Tricksters Vital background knowledge of Gnome teams in Blood Bowl, including a breakdown of the positions they play – Linemen, Beastmasters, and Illusionists, and the forest friends they bring to the pitch, including Woodland Foxes and Altern Forest Treemen. Famous Gnome Teams Thrilling tales of the Glimdwallow Geezers (not to be confused with the Glimdwarrow Groundhogs), Anti-Moot Meddlers, and more improbably-named teams. Team Spotlight: Glimdwarrow Groundhogs Hailing from one of the largest known settlements of Gnomes, this team has broken out of the bogs to play actual games across the Old World, becoming a firm fan favourite for their antics and plucky spirit. While highlights might be a stretch, you'll learn all about their history, team rating, and 2501-2502 lineup. Star Player Spotlight – Rowena Forestfoot Known as the Guardian of the Forest, this unlikely champion rides on the back of a stag. More focused and level-headed than many of her team-mates, she’s a dependable and agile asset to the Gnomes. Dirt from the Dugout Mindy Piewhistle exposes a scandal involving a Gnome team’s memorabilia, which may be too good to be true. Star Player Spotlight – Rodney Roachbait This Gnome is always angling for his next big catch. His mastery of the fishing rod proves quite handy, even if the balls end up punctured from time to time. Gnome Garden Leagues Fancy a casual game that’s big on magical hijinks, if not stunning feats of athleticism? Try your hand at using this set of rules for playing in the Gnome Garden Leagues. Mystical Forest Blood Bowl Pitch Includes rules for using the Mystical Forest Blood Bowl Pitch in your games, including special rules for a Forest Floor crawling with critters, a mystical Healing Glow, and Gnomish Portals. These rules are also included with the GnomeTeam - Double-sided Pitch and Dugouts Set. Gnome Balls Includes background and rules for 2 unique balls – the Oversized Acorn and the Gnomish Idol ball. Pro Playbook: A League of Their Gnome A thorough breakdown of what it takes to coach the Gnomes to an unlikely victory, including how to hire a team and develop them over time. Star Player Spotlight – Akhorne the Squirrel Don't make the mistake of underestimating this bite-sized bruiser. While the Gnomes are well-gnome for bringing their woodland pals to the pitch, this particular player puts the crit back in critter, racking up an impressive tally of casualties. Dungeon Bowl Update: Gnome Teams Provides a narrative and rules update for players to use your Gnome team miniatures in games of Dungeon Bowl. Mighty Blow! – Oh Gnome You Didn't! In this comic strip, Bob plumbs the confused shreds of his addled memory to piece together what little he knows about playing against a team of forest-dwelling Halflings.
  • Gnome teams play Blood Bowl on pitches deep within their mysterious forests, in clearings between the trees. These aren't just your regular run-of-the-mill forests, though – magic hangs in the air, and all manner of creatures, both fey and mundane, come out of hiding to watch their Gnome friends play Blood Bowl! One side of this pitch depicts a mystical forest clearing, strewn with wildflowers, skittering critters, roots, and mushrooms. The reverse shows the same scene at night, lit by a mysterious magical force, and glowing clusters of fungus. Opposing players will wonder if they've wandered into a dream. You'll also find a pair of matching double-sided dugouts to complete the theme. Each dugout features score, turn, and re-roll trackers, plus Reserves, Knocked-out, and Casualty boxes. Rules for using each side of the pitch in your games of Blood Bowl are included – you can also find these rules in Spike! Journal: Issue 17, which is sold separately.
  • Treemen have become a fixture of modern Blood Bowl, playing for a variety of teams. They hold down the Line of Scrimmage as the ultimate defensive players, adding staying power to some of the squishier teams like Halflings and Wood Elves. This fantastic kit will build one of two different types of Treemen. The Altern Forest version blends in nicely with your Halflings (including the infamous Akhorne the Squirrel), while the Loren Forest Treeman features an ornate face mask that looks right at home in a Wood Elf team. Their slow speed is balanced by high strength and resilience, both sorely needed on those teams… This plastic model is supplied in 13 components, including a 40mm round base. Treemen are available to play for Wood Elf, Halfling, and Old World Alliance teams. You can find all the rules you need to use them in your games of Blood Bowl in the Second Season Official Rules.
