Fire Dragons are inspired by the Dragon, that mythical fire-breathing creature of Aeldari myth, and represent the facet of Khaine that is wanton destruction. Those who serve the Fire Dragon Aspect shrines are aggressive and warlike, seeking nothing less than the total and utter obliteration of their enemies. This multipart plastic kit builds five Fire Dragons – deadly flame-hurling warriors for use in Aeldari armies in games of Warhammer 40,000. These elite destructive troops can turn even the most heavily armoured battle tank into molten remains. One member of the squad can be assembled as an optional Fire Dragon Exarch who can be armed with a choice of weapons including a firepike, Dragon axe and Dragon fusion pistol, Dragon's breath flamer, or Exarch's Dragon fusion gun. The Fire Dragons can each take one of various head options, including bare heads, making it easy to customise your squad, and one can be built throwing a grenade. The kit also contains a Fire Dragon Aspect shrine token. This kit comprises 77 plastic components, 5x Citadel 28.5mm Round Bases, and 1x Citadel 25mm Round Base. Bossrokk Towers are filled with the raucous energy of Gork, and make excellent vantage points for an Ironjawz boss. A Horus Heresy novel Unaware of the wider Heresy and following the Warmaster’s increasingly cryptic orders, Roboute Guilliman returns to Ultramar to muster his Legion for war against the orks massing in the Veridian system. READ IT BECAUSE It's the beginning of one of the Horus Heresy's most infamous and epic battles. Dan Abnett's story grabs you by the shoulders and throws you into the midst of the Betrayal at Calth. The moment when the build-up ends and the battle begins is breathtaking and brutal and the rest of the novel doesn't let up. THE STORY Unaware of the wider Heresy and following the Warmaster's increasingly cryptic orders, Roboute Guilliman returns to Ultramar to muster his Legion for war against the orks massing in the Veridian system. Without warning, their supposed allies in the Word Bearers Legion launch a devastating invasion of Calth, scattering the Ultramarines fleet and slaughtering all who stand in their way. This confirms the worst scenario Guilliman can imagine – Lorgar means to settle their bitter rivalry once and for all. As the traitors summon foul daemonic hosts and all the forces of Chaos, the Ultramarines are drawn into a grim and deadly struggle in which neither side can prevail. Written by Dan Abnett -
Rrevolting stench wafts around the Foul Blightspawn, his corruption clotting the air itself. Breath rattles through pus-slick tubes as he cranks the rusted handle of his malignant churn, bellows wheezing and plague slop roiling in the incubatum upon his back. Some foes stare in bewilderment at this strange performance. Some direct their fire at the Blightspawn, shots rebounding from his armour or thumping harmlessly through rotten flesh in sprays of effluence. The wise, however, flee for their lives. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a Foul Blightspawn. He carries an enormous, sinister tank on his back – the incubatum – brimming with foul and noxious disease, which he squirts indiscriminately with malign cheerfulness. His plague sprayer in his left hand drips this vile concoction with no thought for where it may land. A crack in his armour shows the unpleasant extent of his modifications; the gears and pistons of a malignant churn are forcibly driven into his guts. His armour, as well as being covered in rot, features plenty of icons of Nurgle, skulls and rust. There’s even an optional Nurgling clutching a blight grenade to be added to the base. This kit comes as 8 components, and is supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round base. -
Warpspark Weapon Batteries are members of the Clans Skryre, who often go to war unnoticed among hordes of slavering Clanrats. When the time is right, they reveal themselves, unleashing their bizarre but mighty machines on an unsuspecting foe. Whether through a hail of bullets, gouts of eerie warpflame, or bolts of warp lightning, they reap a deadly harvest for the glory of the Horned Rat. This multipart plastic kit builds three weapons teams wielding one of three different machines of death. All of them can be somewhat unreliable, but are tailored to taking down different foes. Ratling Guns produce a potential hailstorm of hot lead for mowing down enemy hordes. Warpfire Throwers spew out an unquenchable green flame, and Warpvolt Scourgers are excellent at taking down foes with arcs of warp lightning. You'll find loads of cosmetic parts to swap around, including head options for each gunner, plus different weapon tips, backpacks, and more so you can easily personalise your units. This kit contains 63 plastic components, and 3x Citadel 60mm x 35mm Oval Bases. These miniatures are supplied unassembled and unpainted – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints. -
Stormvermin are easily identifiable by their relative bulk and aura of malice. Hand-picked from the most promising spawn of the litter – usually due to devouring many of their brood-mates – they are subjected to especially brutal training regimes by their Clawlords. This results in soldiers who are able to fight with a degree of precision and focus uncommon to their kin. This multipart plastic kit builds ten Stormvermin, an elite melee unit for your Skaven armies. You can assemble one as a champion, with arm and head options to personalise them. You can also build a standard bearer and a musician for your squad. Stormvermin are excellent defensive warriors, with better armour and equipment than their peers, and long polearms that help keep their opponents at bay. This makes them some of the best bodyguards in a Skaven army. This kit contains 74 plastic components, and 10x Citadel 28.5mm Round Bases. These miniatures are supplied unassembled and unpainted – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints. -
The Thanatar Siege-automata is a mobile artillery platform rather than a general battle unit, with a heavy frame built to accommodate its huge weaponry and requisite power systems. The Thanatar-Cavas configuration is armed with a Hellex pattern plasma mortar, a terrifying weapon that launches spheres of plasma into the heart of enemy fortifications. The origins of the Thanatar-Cavas remain uncertain, save that its armament is known to be the product of the forge world of Ryza, the sole locale where Hellex pattern weaponry is produced. This multipart plastic kit builds a Thanatar-Cavas Siege-automata, a hulking demolisher robot fielded by the Mechanicum in the age of the Horus Heresy. The Thanatar's primary weapon is a huge shoulder-mounted plasma mortar, which can be built with its firing aperture open or closed. Its arms are tipped with claw-like shock chargers, and its left arm also features a wrist-mounted twin mauler bolt cannon. The kit features plenty of posing options to personalise your Thanatar-Cavas, including joints for the waist and shoulders, three right arm poses, two left arm poses with ammo feeds to match, and the ability to build the shock chargers in different grabbing positions. This kit contains 175 plastic components and a Citadel 120mm Round Base. This set also includes 1x Mechancium Macro-constructs Transfer Sheet containing 394x high-quality waterslide transfers for you to use to customise your miniatures.
