• The tribes that dwell in the northern tundras of the World of Legend are a hardy people whose warrior culture has been established over long centuries. The Ruinous Powers have come to dominate the lives of the Marauder Tribes, for the primordial spirits they worship are, in truth, daemonic deities of the æther that feed upon the devotion of their mortal servants. This packed boxed set is ideal for starting a new Warriors of Chaos collection – or expanding an existing army – to unleash in games of Warhammer: The Old World. The Marauder Horsemen lead the charge, using their speed to outflank and harass enemy units. In their wake follow the Chaos Marauders – frenzied fighters from the frozen wastes of the North. This is the first place you can get your hands on the new Marauder Horsemen and Chaos Marauders miniatures, and the box is only available while stocks last. This boxed set builds 50 multipart plastic Warriors of Chaos miniatures: – 40x Chaos Marauders – 10x Marauder Horsemen The miniatures in this kit are easy to customise. The Chaos Marauders can be assembled as two large units of 20, or four units of 10 – each with their own optional champion, standard bearer, and musician. Each Marauder can be armed with either a hand weapon and shield, a great weapon, or a flail. The hand weapons and shields are interchangeable across the miniatures, and they each have a choice of two heads – either helmeted or bare. The Marauder Horsemen can be assembled as one large unit of 10, or two smaller units of 5 – each with their own optional champion, standard bearer, and musician. Each Marauder can be armed with either a spear and a shield, or a flail, and they each have a choice of two heads – either helmeted or bare. This kit is supplied with 2x Warriors of Chaos Transfer Sheets, each containing 246x high-quality waterslide transfers. These include markings for the Cult of the Bloodied Hound, the Cult of the Slithering Serpent, the Cult of the Carrion Crow, and the Cult of the Fell Raptor, along with other Chaos symbols and cursed runes. This kit comprises 664 plastic components, 10x Citadel 60mm by 30mm Rectangle Bases, and 40x Citadel 30mm Square Bases. These miniatures require assembly and are supplied unpainted – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints. Rules for using these miniatures in your games of Warhammer: The Old World can be found in Arcane Journal – the Razing of Westerland, which is available separately. These miniatures will be available separately at a later date. This boxed set is only available while stocks last.
  • Long years have passed since the wolfships of Frydaal the Chainmaker were first carried across the Sea of Claws by the snow-laden winds of winter. The Wolves of the Sea brought violence and death to the north-eastern corner of Westerland, leaving only ruin in trade for all that they took. Since then, the Marauder tribes have returned each year, growing only stronger and bolder with the passage of time. This supplement ventures into the frigid cold of the Shadowlands to further explore the culture and beliefs of the Marauder Tribes, the innumerable warriors that clamour to fight alongside mighty Chaos Warlords. Along with additional ways to play your Chaos-worshipping barbarians, there are Path to Glory rules that let you grow an army of any faction into a mighty force over the course of a campaign. There are also three scenarios, and a selection of cursed (or blessed, depending on your point of view) magical artefacts commonly found in the Shadowlands, which can be used by any army. This 48-page softcover supplement contains: – Westerland Aflame: A recounting of Frydaal the Chainmaker’s invasion of Westerland, an exploration of the many Marauder Tribes that fight at her side, and the champions that lead them. – The Path to Glory: Rules for ‘Path to Glory’ campaigns set in the Old World, in which participants build mighty armies of conquest or destruction. – Marauder Tribes: Profiles and rules for the Marauder Tribes, including Chaotic Traits and Chaotic Cults, the system of beliefs that ties the many tribes and clans of the Shadowlands together. – Artefacts of the Shadowlands: Common magic items originating from the Shadowlands, which are available to all armies. This is an expansion to Warhammer: The Old World – you'll need a copy of the Warhammer: The Old World RulebookWarhammer: The Old World – Ravening Hordes, and Arcane Journal: Warriors of Chaos, all available separately, to use the contents of this supplement. To play the start of a Path to Glory campaign, you may need a copy of Arcane Journal: The War of Settra's Fury, also available separately.
